Born in Zurich, Switzerland, Tatjana Panyoczki is one of New Zealand’s leading contemporary jewellery artists.
Panyoczki originally trained in Lausanne and Geneva and worked in film, theatre special effects, wig design and makeup design in the UK and Europe.
In 1993, she and her artist husband Peter Panyoczki moved to New Zealand, where she gained a Diploma in 3D Design at Unitec Institute of Technology in Auckland, majoring in jewellery.
Panyoczki has exhibited in Switzerland, Hungary, Australia and throughout New Zealand and her work is held in both international and national collections.
